At Good As New, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund — no questions asked.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Be in the same condition in which it was purchased (as described in the product listing: A, B, C, or D grade).

  • Include all accessories and packaging that were originally provided.

  • Have proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt).


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at ecommerce@sjsmobile.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label along with simple instructions for sending your item back.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us immediately at ecommerce@sjsmobile.com with photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll make it right promptly — either with a replacement or a full refund.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest option is to return the item for a full refund and place a new order for the product you prefer.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Items returned in a different condition from how they were purchased
